GT/GAZARIO WHEELS LIMITED WARRANTY

GT/Gazario Wheels warrants to the original purchaser, that Gazario Wheels will be free of structural, manufacturing and material

defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Proof of purchase (dated invoice or bill of sale) with the purchasers

name, will be evidence proof or original ownership. This warranty is valid and only for the benefit of the original purchaser.

GT/Gazario Wheels warrants the factory chrome finish for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase to the original owner. This

warranty covers only peeling and chrome separation from the wheel. All wheels should be kept clean and free of brake dust, road

salts, deicing chemicals, rust and any foreign matter that may deteriorate the chrome finish. Curb damage, rock damage, or pitting

due to improper care is not covered under warranty.

GT/Gazario Wheels sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty, shall be to replace, at our discretion, without charge, any

wheel which is returned (freight prepaid) to the dealer from whom the wheels was original purchased. Upon inspection by

GT/Gazario Wheels, if said wheel shows that it has failed in normal use and service, due to defects in material and or

workmanship, said wheel will replace at no charge. GT/Gazario Wheels is not liable for mounting, balancing or installation.

Warranty does not cover road hazards such as pothole accidents, impacts, etc. There is no warranty on the chrome due to neglect

and damage from cleaners.

This is a "Limited Warranty", except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, the only warranty, expressed or implied, given by

GT/Gazario Wheels is the warranty specifically set forth herein. There is no other warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness

for a particular purpose and no other expressed or implied warranty. GT/Gazario Wheels neither assumes or authorizes any dealer,

representative, person or entity to assume for it an obligation or liability in connection with GT/Gazario Wheels products, uses or

applications. GT/Gazario Wheels further reserves the right to make changes or improvements in design, materials or

specifications or make product changes without incurring any obligations to replace or change products manufactured prior here

to. Any warranty is limited to (1) year on chrome and lifetime structural from the date of purchase to the original owner.

GT/Gazario Wheels will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delay, failure or any consequence damage

regardless of cause.

GT/Gazario Wheels will not be liable or responsible for transportation, labor or any other charges incurred in the replacement of a

defective part. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state of state.

THE WARRANTY IS VOID IF:

1. The product is damaged in transit, misuse, accident, negligence, or has been altered or repaired by anyone other than

GT/Gazario Wheels.

2. The product has changes, repairs or modifications made by anyone other than GT/Gazario Wheels.

3. The product is used in conjunction with adapters, hardware, etc other than those supplied by GT/Gazario Wheels.

4. Products that have been subject to corrosion of the finish brought on by neglect, caustic chemicals, harsh car washes road salts,

deicing agents, braked dust and/ or improper care.

5. An original sales receipt for verification showing date purchased and original owners name if not produced. Warranty is not

transferable.

To obtain warranty service, contact the location where the product was original purchased. In the event this not possible, contact

GT/Gazario Wheels at (909) 476-6418 for further assistance.

All warranty returns reviewed by GT/Gazario Wheels quality control department and found not to be defective or covered under

warranty will be returned without repair or replacement to the sender at his or her expensive.

Appearance defects will not be warrantable if:

1. Damaged that has occured in mounting, installation or rotation.

2. Damaged caused from improper cleaning or maintenance.

Damage from road hazard such as, rock pits, road oils salts, etc.
